Senior Influencer Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop, initiate, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns on the Statusphere platform.

• Convert client briefs into campaign setups, including targeting criteria, deliverables, and platform specifications, ensuring precise campaign configuration within the platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm setup accuracy and launch readiness prior to campaign initiation.

• Oversee campaign modifications, optimizations, and operational adjustments throughout the duration of the campaign.

• Transform strategic concepts into practical messaging toolkits and enablement resources for use across campaigns, sales, and marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to facilitate effective campaign execution.

• Create engaging, client-facing presentations and narratives that effectively convey campaign value.

• Produce performance reports, supplementary analyses, and summaries suitable for executive review.

• Assess campaign performance, creator effectiveness, content trends, and engagement metrics.

• Aggregate campaign data into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations.

• Recognize patterns across campaigns, creators, content themes, and audience interaction.

• Identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and program expansion.

• Assist in client business reviews by providing performance insights, strategic recommendations, and proactive reporting on campaign outcomes and learnings.

• Track trends in influencer marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.

• Investigate emerging creators, content types, and platform opportunities.

• Conduct competitive and category analysis to pinpoint best practices and differentiation opportunities.

• Identify themes, messaging approaches, content formats, and strategies that could enhance future campaigns.

• Convert market intelligence into actionable recommendations for enterprise clients.

• Remain updated on industry trends and emerging technologies affecting creator marketing.

• Serve as a strategic resource for Customer Success Managers and enterprise clients.

• Act as a subject matter expert on influencer marketing best practices and creator trends.

• Assist clients in comprehending campaign performance and areas for enhancement.

• Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and growth through data-informed suggestions.

• Support managed service initiatives that enhance client partnerships and business outcomes.

• Work collaboratively across Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to improve the client experience.

• In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social media strategies.

• Capability to analyze performance data and convert findings into actionable insights.

• Experience in direct client interactions and presenting strategic recommendations for influencer campaigns.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work for clients.

• A curious mindset and enthusiasm for staying ahead of industry, creator, and consumer trends.

• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams.
