This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Spearhead the influencer and celebrity talent strategy across various budget ranges.
β’ Manage beauty campaigns from initial brief to final delivery at both the brand and portfolio levels.
β’ Develop polished, client-ready proposals, campaign materials, and communications.
β’ Oversee campaigns from concept to execution, including talent strategy, content milestones, and implementation.
β’ Provide support and mentorship to team members on campaign execution, talent strategy, and industry best practices.
β’ Cultivate strong relationships with talent representatives, creators, and brand and portfolio partners.
β’ Identify culturally relevant talent opportunities that align with brand and portfolio objectives.
β’ Integrate digital commerce insights into campaign planning and execution.
β’ Leverage hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and/or Amazon influencer programs.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with beauty clients and act as a reliable day-to-day partner.
β’ Craft thoughtful brief responses and creative concepts that are rooted in strategy and culture.
β’ Guide clients on influencer strategies as they pertain to their commerce channels.
β’ Manage timelines, scope alterations, and expectations with transparency.
β’ 7β10 years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing.
β’ Extensive experience with luxury or luxury-adjacent beauty and/or fashion brands.
β’ Digital commerce experience, particularly with a strong focus on TikTok Shop and/or Amazon influencer affiliate programs.
β’ A demonstrated ability to connect brands to culture in an elevated and brand-appropriate manner through a solid network within the beauty and entertainment industries.
β’ Confidence in leading talent negotiations and handling complex partnerships.
β’ Experience managing direct reports or teams.
β’ Excellent communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments.
β’ A genuine passion for luxury beauty, culture, and the influencer landscape.
β’ Capability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
