Influencer Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Identify and assess potential influencers that resonate with the brand’s values, target demographic, and objectives.

• Foster and sustain positive relationships with influencers, ensuring continuous collaboration and enthusiasm for the brand.

• Plan and implement the gifting process, including managing product shipments and tracking delivery to influencers.

• Oversee influencer activities, ensuring timely postings and adherence to campaign guidelines.

• Collect and organize content generated by influencers for use across various brand marketing channels.

• Analyze the outcomes of gifting campaigns, including reach, engagement, and brand impact, to guide future strategies.

• Stay informed on social media trends and emerging influencers to maintain the freshness and relevance of campaigns.

• Provide regular updates on the performance of gifting campaigns and insights to the wider team.

• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields, ideally with a focus on gifting campaigns.

• Strong grasp of social media platforms, influencer trends, and best practices in content creation.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with influencers and internal teams.

• Outstanding organizational abilities to manage multiple influencer relationships, gifting processes, and campaign tracking concurrently.

• Capacity to identify creative opportunities for influencer partnerships that align with brand objectives.

• Familiarity with tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics to shape strategy.
