Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners across various social media platforms.

• Develop and oversee a pipeline of prospective partners.

• Present partnership opportunities and secure sign-ups.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for influencers and affiliates into campaigns or programs.

• Maintain continuous communication and manage relationships effectively.

• Monitor partner activities and performance metrics.

• Assist in the activation of campaigns and ensure partner engagement.

• Provide regular reports on results and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development.

• Excellent communication and outreach abilities.

• Proficient in using Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.

• Self-driven and focused on achieving results.

• Strong skills in follow-up and negotiation.

• Previous experience with influencer or affiliate recruitment is preferred.

• An existing network of influencers or creators is a plus.
