This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the Creator Acquisition Strategy for TikTok Shops by establishing a high-performing network of creators who can generate revenue on TikTok Shops, such as affiliates, influencers, and UGC talent.
• Enhance TAP & Creator Agency Partnerships by identifying and cultivating strong relationships with TAPs (TikTok Agency Partners) and external creator agencies. Grow these partnerships into scalable deal flows, consistent performance, and content generation.
• Secure top creators through retainer and commission models by establishing monthly retainers, hybrid commission structures, or CPA agreements. Foster loyalty and promote consistent product visibility.
• Source & Recruit creators by utilizing internal tools, creator marketplaces, agency networks, and social media to onboard new creators weekly. Develop and maintain a structured creator pipeline with performance tracking.
• Oversee Campaign Execution & Briefing by managing the end-to-end process from content brief creation to creator onboarding, timeline management, and product fulfillment.
• Foster Community Building & Retention by creating and nurturing an engaged creator community through platforms like Slack, Discord, or private groups. Provide training, incentives, and feedback mechanisms to enhance motivation and retention.
• Implement Performance Tracking & Optimization by analyzing individual creator performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS), providing feedback, and adjusting strategies. Focus on scalable successes and swiftly address underperforming creators.
• Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment by collaborating closely with growth, creative, and media teams to integrate top-performing content into paid campaigns, whitelisting, and overall top-of-funnel strategies.
• 2–4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, particularly within TikTok Shops or TikTok affiliate programs.
• Direct experience collaborating with TikTok Agency Partners (TAPs) and/or managing relationships with creator agencies and networks.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and an understanding of commission structures, retainers, and performance-based compensation models.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, algorithm dynamics, content formats, and eCommerce integrations.
• Proven track record of managing over 50 creators simultaneously, including overseeing contracts, creative briefings, and performance assessments.
• Proficient in utilizing tools such as TikTok Creator Center, Shop Ads Manager, affiliate dashboards, or third-party UGC platforms.
• Possess an analytical mindset with experience in assessing ROI, CPA, and funnel metrics from creator campaigns.
