Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead influencer marketing and external community engagement initiatives across EMEA to enhance brand awareness, establish credibility, and stimulate demand in key markets.

• Identify, assess, and oversee a roster of 8 to 12 reputable security and enterprise influencers throughout EMEA.

• Execute 4 to 5 influencer campaigns annually during significant moments, utilizing standardized briefs, assets, and activation playbooks.

• Collaborate with influencers to create diverse content formats including videos, thought leadership articles, social media posts, and campaign activations.

• Establish and oversee the company’s presence in relevant external practitioner communities, such as Reddit and other peer discussion platforms.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance influencer research, streamline content creation, optimize campaign reporting, and analyze performance while ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Manage agency partnerships for influencer programs, ensuring clear scopes, budgets, governance structures, and reporting processes are in place.

• Monitor outputs and results including influencer reach, engagement metrics, content performance, share of voice, and measurable contributions to meetings and pipeline influence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 to 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, influencer marketing, content marketing, or integrated programs within the enterprise technology or cybersecurity sectors.

• Demonstrated success in identifying, managing, and executing B2B influencer programs from start to finish.

• Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity and enterprise technology landscape in the EMEA region.

• Ability to confidently manage relationships with influencers, creators, and community voices, exercising sound judgment and professionalism.

• Proven experience in managing agencies and vendors throughout the entire process.

• Proficient in utilizing AI for content creation workflows and optimization.

• Highly organized individual capable of managing multiple workstreams without introducing unnecessary complexity.
