This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Formulate and guide the comprehensive Influencer strategy across all brands, influencing how Influencers/creators enhance awareness, engagement, and acquisition throughout the sales funnel.
• Establish the creator portfolio composition (macro, mid-tier, micro, streamers, influencers) to align with brand and performance goals.
• Create and optimize the influencer operating framework, encompassing sourcing methodologies, contract structures, compensation models, content guidelines, and performance metrics.
• Discover new growth avenues across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms to boost scale and competitive edge.
• Cultivate and oversee valuable relationships with Influencers, streaming talent, agencies, and management teams—emphasizing long-term partnership sustainability and consistent output.
• Manage the complete Influencer/creator lifecycle: sourcing, strategic planning, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Create a reporting and tracking solution, utilizing both existing and new tools, to facilitate campaign KP measurements from soft awareness metrics to clicks and conversions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance channel owners, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics, and Product to ensure creator initiatives align with broader channel strategies and business objectives.
• Develop and advocate for a robust testing agenda for formats, hooks, creators, and integrations across both paid and organic distribution.
• Proven experience managing influencer/creator/streamer programs from inception to execution, preferably in gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment, or mobile applications.
• Track record of successfully executing performance-driven creator programs with quantifiable KPIs (CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS).
• Strong proficiency in creator analytics, audience evaluation, brand safety, and performance assessment.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and partnership management abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple initiatives concurrently in fast-paced settings.
