Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategy & Conceptualization: Identifying relevant trends, platforms, and target audiences; developing creative campaign ideas and briefings for influencers.

• Collaboration & Network Maintenance: Researching, selecting, and engaging suitable influencers, building and nurturing long-term relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts, and coordinating collaborations.

• Campaign & Performance Management: Planning, directing, and executing influencer campaigns as well as continuously evolving our campaigns.

• Monitoring & Reporting: Assessing the success and analyzing the performance of ongoing campaigns.

• Budget Responsibility: Planning, managing, and overseeing the influencer marketing budget; reviewing offers and invoices.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working closely with the French influencer marketing team, procurement, and the social media team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing.

• Experience in e-commerce.

• Data Affinity: You understand KPIs, draw clear conclusions, and work confidently with Excel/Sheets.

• Autonomous working style.

• Flexibility and enthusiasm for startup environments.

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
