Senior In-house CRA – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provides comprehensive support to clinical research study sites and project teams involved in clinical trials.

• Serves as a primary contact for study sites.

• Operates independently to assist CRAs and study sites.

• Aids in the recruitment of investigators by utilizing phone scripts, questionnaires, study site materials, and various tools to evaluate investigative sites.

• Organizes both internal and external meetings as necessary.

• Prepares Investigator Site Files and ensures their distribution to study sites.

• Conducts ongoing collection, review, maintenance, and close-out activities for essential documents.

• Functions as a point of contact and liaison for study and site management matters, addressing any inquiries.

• Guarantees timely and accurate data entry by sites into EDC or other systems.

• Distributes email communications and newsletters to personnel at study sites.

• Assists investigators in meeting their local submission obligations.

• Participates in data review, including site-level data assessments.

• Records interactions and communications with sites and sponsors in a timely and professional manner.

• Provides training and mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or a comparable combination of education and experience, preferably in a business, scientific, or healthcare field.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical trials or a related area.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Excellent customer service skills; demonstrates flexibility and teamwork.

• Ability to maintain focus on details for extended periods, with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

• Extensive knowledge of the drug development process.

• Experienced in the use of CTMS, TMF, and EDC systems.

• Willingness to travel as required.
