This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Act as a functional and domain authority on ServiceChannel, possessing a deep understanding of facilities management, maintenance operations, and multi-site service delivery.
• Facilitate customer discovery sessions to gain insights into facilities workflows, service models, vendor structures, and operational limitations.
• Convert facilities and maintenance needs into comprehensive project plans that align with the defined scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Assist customers throughout the configuration, training, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring a strong emphasis on practical operational adoption.
• Clearly articulate technical and functional concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leaders in facilities and operations.
• Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Global teams) and provide leadership in delivery.
• Provide comprehensive client support, including configuration recommendations, platform training, and integration assistance.
• Diagnose complex functional and technical challenges related to facilities workflows, vendor interactions, and service execution.
• Oversee customer and internal resources to achieve milestones and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Engage in cross-functional initiatives to advocate for customer needs driven by facilities and to enhance the overall client experience.
• Coach junior project managers on implementation methodologies, best practices in facilities, and customer engagement strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 6 years of experience managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM, or similar platforms).
• In-depth knowledge of Facilities Management, Maintenance Operations, or Service Delivery environments.
• Proven track record in managing all phases of the enterprise implementation lifecycle.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders for enterprise clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to independently resolve customer challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and budgets simultaneously.
• Ability to mentor and provide support to fellow project managers.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
