Senior Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning and execution of customer implementation projects.

• Develop and manage project governance frameworks, which include steering committees, risk management protocols, and escalation pathways.

• Act as the primary liaison for customer stakeholders.

• Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.

• Proactively identify potential risks, eliminate obstacles, and maintain momentum from onboarding through to go-live and early adoption phases.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects.

• Demonstrated history of delivering complex software implementations on schedule and within budget.

• Strong executive presence and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies.

• Experience in aligning solution capabilities with customer business requirements, KPIs, and success metrics.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).

• PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are preferred.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel.
