This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert, offering best-practice advice on business processes within the Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Engage in hands-on configuration, collaborating on functional setup across various Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Conduct research, design, and execute the Oracle application through thorough testing and implementation phases.
• Facilitate client-facing communications, which include articulating business strategies, managing challenging discussions, and simplifying complex business requirements.
• Work independently while also collaborating effectively with project teams.
• Create and adhere to a work plan that aligns with the Oracle HCM Implementation Roadmap and Methodology.
• Lead teams in business process reengineering and the application of ArcLight best practices.
• Provide valuable input to the Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan and secure buy-in from key client stakeholders.
• Facilitate business process prototype workshops and requirements gathering sessions while assisting clients in defining pertinent processes.
• Analyze business requirements and devise effective configuration solutions.
• Support the implementation of both the technical and functional workstreams.
• Oversee the successful testing of the developed solution, including User Acceptance Testing, and collaborate with users to validate the solution.
• A minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management.
• Proficient experience and understanding of HR processes.
• Knowledge of security, approval workflows, and reporting mechanisms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in executing implementation strategies, capturing customer and system requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and delivering practical business solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with functional and technical team members to accurately document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration.
