• Lead and take ownership of a practice within Manifest's individual-immigration sector, focusing on extraordinary ability and high-skilled matters, such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A, with complete responsibility for its development, quality, and profitability.

• Represent your practice: be highlighted in Manifest's content, on social media, in client-facing materials, and in the media. Clients should recognize your name and choose Manifest based on their trust in you specifically.

• Assemble and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals — recruiting, nurturing, and ensuring your team meets Manifest's quality standards while mentoring them through challenging cases and high-stakes issues.

• Propel business growth for your practice, collaborating with Manifest's marketing and business development team while establishing your own network and referral base.

• Leverage Manifest's AI-driven platform — automated workflows, intelligent draft reviews, and a cohesive case-context hub — as a true performance enhancer for your team, rather than a substitute for your expertise.

• Manage the P&L for your practice: case sources, team performance, and client satisfaction all contribute to your overall financial results.

⛳️ Requirements

• J.D. and valid U.S. bar admission.

• Over 10 years of immigration law experience with significant knowledge in extraordinary ability and high-skilled categories — EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A — including attorneys who have previously established or operated their own practices.

• A proven history of leading and mentoring attorneys, not just managing your own caseload.

• Comfort with public visibility — including thought leadership, social media presence, media engagement, and participation in client-facing events.

• A professional network and reputation that fosters referrals and builds client trust.
