This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete architecture, design, and framework of scalable enterprise IGA solutions that are customized to meet client compliance and operational requirements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, confidently guiding discussions with application owners, compliance officers, and governance teams to address intricate identity challenges.
• Engage deeply in implementation specifics, ensuring adherence to best practices during system deployment, integration, workflow configuration, and data synchronization.
• Proactively utilize AI tools and methodologies to expedite delivery, enhance governance workflows, and investigate next-generation IGA capabilities such as AI-driven role mining, automated access certification, and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate within agile, cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of technical excellence and assisting fellow professionals in advancing their skill sets.
• Over 5 years of focused experience in IAM/IGA, demonstrating a successful history of architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-level identity governance solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of fundamental governance principles, including user lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), access certification, automated provisioning, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Practical experience or in-depth familiarity with leading governance platforms. As we are vendor-agnostic partners, familiarity with any of the following is highly regarded: SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
• Versatile and solution-focused with the technical ingenuity to connect IGA systems to a variety of target applications.
• A University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Current vendor certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified, Saviynt Professional) or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA) are significant assets.
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical governance concepts to business stakeholders.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is recognized as a valuable asset.
