Senior Identity Governance & Administration Consultant – Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation process of Matrix42 Identity Governance & Administration solutions.

• Evaluate customer business workflows and identity governance needs.

• Facilitate customer workshops and gather requirements.

• Critically assess customer needs and suggest best practices for Identity Governance.

• Design and set up Identity Governance solutions.

• Configure identity lifecycle processes, approval workflows, provisioning procedures, and access governance policies.

• Define and assist with integrations involving Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, and enterprise applications.

• Produce both technical and functional documentation.

• Provide training for administrators and end-users.

• Support clients during testing, go-live, and hyper-care phases.

• Work collaboratively with project managers, architects, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

• Enable and support Matrix42 implementation partners throughout customer projects.

• Share best practices for implementation and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery methodologies.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts by offering technical expertise when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in implementing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA/IAM) solutions.

• Proven experience in delivering full lifecycle IGA implementation projects from requirements gathering to production deployment.

• Experience in conducting customer workshops and collecting both business and technical requirements.

• Capability to challenge customer requirements and recommend industry best practices.

• Strong grasp of Identity Governance concepts, including identity lifecycle management, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), access certifications and reviews, approval workflows, provisioning and deprovisioning, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

• Experience in integrating identity platforms with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, and business applications.

• Familiarity with APIs, scripting, or automation technologies.

• Excellent customer-facing consulting and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region and across Europe.
