Governance and Service Management Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the standardization, accessibility, and ongoing enhancement of the organization's Knowledge Management and Service Management frameworks.

• Assist in the development, continuous improvement, and execution of the Knowledge Management framework.

• Oversee the creation, consistency, and quality assurance of operational documentation.

• Manage knowledge repositories and document management systems.

• Track Knowledge Management KPIs and report on the quality, coverage, and compliance of documentation metrics.

• Work collaboratively with Global Process Owners, SMEs, and GBS Operations Teams to capture and sustain essential knowledge.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions while offering guidance to document owners and contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, IT, or a related discipline.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management, Documentation Management, or Process Management, preferably in a GBS/SSC or multinational setting.

• Strong knowledge of documentation frameworks, governance models, information architecture, and metadata.

• Practical experience with SharePoint (or other Document Management Systems).

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.

• Experience in delivering training and developing e-learning content.

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to organize and simplify complex information.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration, and teamwork.

• A proactive mindset with a "can-do" attitude, customer-focused approach, and dedication to continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in English for business communication.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with workflow automation tools, such as Power Automate.
