This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage the overall health, timelines, and delivery of several simultaneous IAM projects, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and execution quality.
• Leverage your IAM project expertise to proactively identify technical and logistical dependencies, mitigate project risks before they affect timelines, and uncover new delivery possibilities.
• Assume responsibility for project health, including monitoring burn rates, overseeing Statement of Work (SOW) compliance, managing scope creep, and ensuring milestone approvals are secured.
• Lead and assist the cross-functional identity teams (Architects, Analysts, and Engineers) assigned to your projects, removing obstacles to maintain their focus and efficiency.
• Seamlessly adapt to various project delivery frameworks—whether facilitating agile delivery/Scrum ceremonies, navigating traditional Waterfall milestones, or implementing hybrid frameworks according to client preferences.
• Actively investigate and apply AI tools to automate project status reporting, distill complex meeting outcomes, analyze delivery metrics, and enhance project predictability.
• Over 5 years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on successfully leading enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM, IGA, or CIAM) initiatives.
• Solid functional knowledge of the IAM landscape and leading market technologies (such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID).
• Advanced understanding of both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven capability to merge them into effective hybrid delivery frameworks.
• A proactive mindset towards project operations. You embrace the chance to incorporate AI into your daily project management toolkit to decrease administrative burdens and enhance project forecasting.
• A university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Active PMP or relevant certifications are strongly recommended.

• Bilingualism (English/French) is regarded as a significant advantage.
