This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee content design for designated features, journeys, and projects utilizing research, analytics, and content evaluations.
• Convert research, stakeholder feedback, and journey insights into clear, actionable digital experiences.
• Strategize and implement content throughout the product lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, and quality assurance.
• Distill complex, regulated healthcare information across user interfaces, microcopy, and multi-channel experiences.
• Organize content for usability and discoverability, contributing to information architecture, navigation, and taxonomy.
• Collaborate with product management, design, research, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.
• Apply and enhance guidelines, standards, design systems, and tools.
• Utilize analytics and testing insights to enhance content performance.
• Engage in discovery, ideation, agile ceremonies, and iterative design processes.
• Manage content for designated features, user flows, and projects from discovery to optimization.
• Support content systems, reusable patterns, guidelines, and the adoption of design systems.
• Enhance content quality, clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and content enhancements.
• Minimum of 3 years in content design, contributing to content from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Capability to simplify complex or regulated information.
• Experience in conducting content audits.
• Proficient in leveraging research findings and data to guide content decisions.
• Working knowledge of information architecture, taxonomies, content models, and discoverability.
• Familiarity with accessibility and brand/style guidelines.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional product teams.
• A portfolio showcasing content design work and user impact.
• Ability to operate independently within established processes.
• Strong judgment and adaptability.
• Familiarity with human-centered design practices and UX processes.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare or other regulated sectors.
• Preferred: understanding of SEO and content optimization.
• Preferred: experience contributing to guidelines, templates, governance processes, or design systems.
• Preferred: knowledge of inclusive and accessible design principles.
• Preferred: experience working within agile product teams.
• Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for remote work.
