📋 Description

• The Senior HR Workforce Analyst is tasked with providing workforce analytics, people insights, and strategic reporting that enhance organizational decision-making and workforce planning initiatives across AssistRx.

• This position collaborates closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights regarding workforce trends, talent acquisition, employee retention, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce performance.

• Create, maintain, and improve workforce dashboards, scorecards, and regular reports that highlight key workforce metrics such as headcount, hiring, turnover, retention, diversity, employee movement, and organizational effectiveness.

• Conduct advanced workforce analysis to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that align with business and HR objectives.

• Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations leaders to comprehend workforce reporting needs and provide timely, accurate, and meaningful insights.

• Assist in workforce planning initiatives through headcount forecasting, position management reporting, organizational structure analysis, and evaluations of workforce trends.

• Examine employee lifecycle data encompassing recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, promotions, transfers, and turnover to recognize patterns and areas for improvement.

• Develop and sustain executive-level workforce reporting and presentations that clearly communicate essential workforce insights, trends, and recommendations.

• Formulate and track key workforce performance indicators that align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

• Aid in predictive workforce analytics and trend modeling to help leaders proactively tackle talent and workforce challenges.

• Ensure the accuracy of workforce data through regular audits, validation processes, and ongoing data quality reviews across HR systems and reporting platforms.

• Maintain reporting documentation, metric definitions, data governance standards, and reporting methodologies to guarantee consistency throughout the organization.

• Fulfill regulatory, compliance, audit, and workforce reporting obligations through precise data collection, validation, and submission processes.

• Spot opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance reporting efficiency using available reporting and visualization tools.

• Generate data visualizations and executive-ready reports that effectively convey complex workforce information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate on enterprise workforce initiatives, HR projects, and organizational transformation efforts as assigned.

• Keep updated on industry trends, workforce analytics best practices, emerging technologies, and reporting capabilities to continually enhance workforce intelligence capabilities. Perform additional duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, workforce planning, or related analytical roles is needed.

• Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, or other people-focused environments is preferred.

• Background in workforce reporting and analytics within the healthcare, specialty pharmacy, patient support services, technology, or related industries is preferred.

• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, payroll, and workforce management systems is preferred.

• **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and reporting automation.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms.

• Strong comprehension of workforce metrics, reporting methodologies, and workforce planning principles.

• Knowledge of HRIS platforms, reporting systems, and workforce data structures.

• Capability to analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and reporting accuracy.

• Proficient written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to convey complex workforce data to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

• Experience with SQL, data querying tools, or advanced analytics platforms is preferred.
