Senior Human Resource Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Senior HR Business Partners will serve as pivotal contributors to the execution of HR initiatives.

• This role will address the majority of employee relations issues, including those that involve any level of management, necessitating interviews to be carried out.

• It is anticipated that the individual will propose amendments to company policies, procedures, and forms to ensure compliance with new labor regulations, as well as lead corporate communication efforts regarding these updates.

• Senior HR Business Partners will establish and nurture influential relationships by functioning as strategic partners with management and advocates for employees.

• This role is accountable for providing guidance on human resources policies and procedures, including payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee development.

• The expectation is to consult with both employees and managers to identify root causes of HR-related issues, striving to resolve employee relations matters with a systematic approach.

• A Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience are required.

• Experience with ADP is preferred.
