HR Generalist – remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the People Experience initiatives.

• You are adept at handling all legal matters related to employment.

• You will ensure the upkeep and oversight of our HR data.

• You will facilitate onboarding for new employees and manage the offboarding procedures.

• You will handle processes related to occupational reintegration (return-to-work).

• A completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a specialization in Human Resources.

• Several years of relevant experience in the HR field.

• In-depth understanding of employment law.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented work approach.

• Proficient in German at a native-speaker level.
