Bilingual Employee Relations Investigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform investigations related to employee relations issues in the workplace.

• Examine complaints regarding workplace misconduct.

• Conduct interviews with employees and stakeholders, and compile investigative reports.

• Ensure that investigations are carried out impartially, comprehensively, and in accordance with regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations investigations within a corporate setting.

• Proficiency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

• Must be available to work a shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (remotely).

• Experience in managing high-volume workplace investigations, ideally in a large technology firm.

• Strong understanding of best practices in workplace investigations and employment legislation, including Title VII.
