Senior Hubspot CRM Specialist, Architecture, Migration, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute the established enterprise HubSpot CRM framework

• Implement CRM architecture, including custom objects, properties, association labels, permissions, and security measures

• Configure workflows and automation processes

• Conduct data cleansing and mapping activities

• Manage CRM migration and multi-object imports while ensuring data integrity and relationship preservation

• Carry out quality assurance and testing

• Create technical documentation

• Review the specific HubSpot CRM Architecture Manual for the project

• Identify potential technical obstacles and articulate the implementation approach

• Provide a projected implementation timeline

• Potential for ongoing collaboration after the successful completion of the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot Enterprise

• Proven expertise in CRM Architecture

• Familiarity with HubSpot APIs

• Experience with Custom Objects and Association Labels

• Proficiency in Workflow Automation

• Background in CRM Migration, Data Mapping, and Data Cleansing

• Knowledge of SQL, Python, REST APIs, JSON, and CSV Processing

• Experience using Excel Power Query

• Competence in Duplicate Detection, Quality Assurance, and Technical Documentation

• Enterprise implementation experience is essential

• Experience in LegalTech, Law Firms, Financial Services, or Professional Services is a significant advantage

• Strong English communication skills are crucial

• Ability to review project documentation, verify implementation capabilities, identify technical challenges, explain the implementation process, and estimate the timeline for implementation
