Senior HubSpot Consultant, Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with clients to comprehend their marketing, sales, and business goals, then translate these into impactful HubSpot solutions.

• Design and structure HubSpot implementations that adhere to industry best practices and yield measurable outcomes.

• Create tailored workflows, automations, and integrations to optimize processes and enhance marketing effectiveness.

• Offer technical advice and expertise to both clients and internal teams regarding HubSpot's capabilities, features, and customization options.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in utilizing HubSpot efficiently and unlocking its full potential.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the marketing technology sector, with a particular focus on the HubSpot ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and development, to ensure smooth project implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot Strategist or in a comparable position.

• Minimum of three years in an agency environment, ideally with a HubSpot Solutions Partner.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot's suite of tools and hubs.

• Strong grasp of HubSpot's native AI tools and other LLM integrations.

• Expertise in developing custom workflows, automations, and integrations within HubSpot.

• Proven ability to assess client requirements and design solutions that cater to their specific needs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with Marketing and Sales Operations.
