Senior HubSpot & Clio Solutions Architect – CRM Automation Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the architecture of the HubSpot CRM.

• Manage processes related to Sales, Marketing, and Service.

• Develop pipelines, custom objects, properties, workflows, and advanced automation.

• Administer and enhance Clio Manage.

• Create data relationships between HubSpot contacts/deals and Clio clients/matters.

• Construct and maintain integrations between HubSpot and Clio.

• Integrate Microsoft 365/Outlook, telephony systems, websites, forms, payment solutions, and other business tools.

• Utilize APIs, webhooks, and middleware when native integrations do not suffice.

• Write custom code as needed.

• Oversee data migration, deduplication, governance, and quality.

• Develop management dashboards and operational reports.

• Manage user permissions and access controls.

• Document the system and independently troubleshoot technical issues.

• Independently design, build, test, document, and maintain CRM solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical experience in HubSpot CRM administration and architecture.

• Proficiency with complex HubSpot workflows and automation.

• Familiarity with HubSpot custom objects and their associations.

• Experience with HubSpot APIs.

• Knowledge of REST APIs.

• Understanding of webhooks.

• Experience with OAuth/API authentication.

• Proficiency in JSON.

• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python.

• Background in data integrations and synchronization.

• Experience in CRM data architecture.

• Ability to troubleshoot integrations and workflows.

• Experience with Clio Manage and/or the Clio API is highly preferred.

• Experience integrating CRM systems with Microsoft 365, telephony, payment systems, or other SaaS platforms is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is beneficial.

• Capability to work beyond no-code tools when necessary.
