
Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Analyzes and processes employee data utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (Workday).
• Develops, executes, and evaluates reports to identify overall organizational trends in at least two functional areas.
• Facilitates systems integration and upgrades through collaboration and communication with colleagues and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Makes significant contributions to complex project components.
• Maintains the integrity of HR data and ensures the accurate and optimal utilization of the HRIS system (Workday), meeting all deliverable deadlines with precision.
• Directs issue resolution and coordinates responses during unexpected adverse events involving technology and processes.
• Manages projects related to Workday's functional areas by creating project plans, securing SME support, and offering market-informed configuration recommendations.
• Verifies that system changes are developed, configured, and tested in non-production environments prior to deployment in live environments.
• Documents all changes and enhancements thoroughly, employing best practices to ensure version control and the implementation of standard naming conventions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated analytical expertise.
• More than 5 years of experience in HR or a related function, with Workday accreditation preferred.
• Proven management and leadership skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
