This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the main People & Culture partner for leaders in Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Value Office, and Revenue Operations.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle for GTM teams, which includes onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding.
• Convert GTM business strategy into specific people priorities, ensuring that talent, organizational design, and leadership capabilities progress in tandem with the business.
• Collaborate with GTM leaders on organizational design, role clarity, hiring strategies, internal mobility, and team structures to foster scalable growth across regions.
• Offer clear insights and recommendations on talent and organizational choices, assisting leaders in navigating complexities with assurance.
• Mentor and challenge GTM leaders regarding performance management, leadership effectiveness, and intricate people issues, thereby enhancing accountability, team efficiency, and leadership capabilities.
• Facilitate talent reviews and development planning for GTM teams, promoting high performance through coaching and focused leadership and development initiatives.
• Proactively identify organizational risks and opportunities by analyzing data, signals, and trends, and provide recommendations for ongoing growth.
• Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership on compensation and commission structures to ensure alignment with business objectives and encourage desired activities.
• Over 7 years of experience in Business Partnering, people partnering, or related roles.
• Extensive experience collaborating with B2B GTM organizations in rapidly growing environments (experience with multiple geographies is advantageous).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics (pipeline, productivity, quota attainment, sales velocity, conversion rates) and translate them into people-related decisions.
• Proven history of establishing trusted relationships with leaders and achieving measurable business and people outcomes.
• Proficient in organizational design, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• A systems-oriented mindset: create simple and repeatable solutions rather than one-time fixes.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience working with global teams across various time zones and cultures.
