Senior HR Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with experts from HRConseil to provide exceptional services to clients.

• Gain insight into clients' needs and challenges, offering customized and innovative solutions.

• Assist in implementing recommendations alongside clients' internal teams.

• Leverage digital solutions to enhance HR processes.

• Facilitate collaborative workshops for effective engagement.

• Evaluate operating environments and organizational frameworks.

• Create customized organizational models.

• Revise IT roadmaps for better alignment.

• Standardize HR information systems (HRIS) for consistency.

• Spearhead change management initiatives.

• Manage transformation projects while coordinating stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in change management, process optimization, or organizational redesign.

• Capability to analyze organizations, pinpoint friction points, and suggest people-centric, digital, or structural solutions.

• Expertise in innovation and change methodologies such as Prosci, MoSCoW, and Design Thinking.

• Experience in assisting business teams, managers, and/or HR Directors with large-scale transformations.

• Proficient in facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and formalizing recommendations.

• Background in international work environments.

• At least a C1 level of English / fluent English proficiency.

• Strong enthusiasm for organizational transformation initiatives.

• A commitment to environmental protection or supporting those in need is advantageous.
