This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Facilitate client onboarding sessions, establishing clear expectations regarding the process, timelines, roles, and onboarding approach.
• Collaborate with clients on their country rollout strategy and sequencing, assisting in the prioritization of markets for effective global expansion.
• Offer consultative guidance on global hiring, covering country-specific requirements, key considerations, and trade-offs.
• Aid in benefits benchmarking and alignment, helping clients differentiate between statutory requirements and market practices to make informed decisions.
• Serve as a product expert, assisting clients in navigating Pebl’s platform and empowering them to effectively manage their global workforce.
• Ensure transparency in onboarding progress, proactively sharing updates, potential risks, and upcoming steps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Experience, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist clients in expanding into new countries and managing high-volume hiring, ensuring consistency and scalability in onboarding processes.
• Advocate for the customer perspective, synthesizing feedback and working with Product and Engineering to continuously enhance the client and employee experience.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvements and standardization to enhance the quality of onboarding and team efficiency at scale.
• Proven experience in project management, program management, or client onboarding, preferably within a global or high-growth setting.
• Strong capability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams concurrently.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build trust and steer conversations effectively.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the overall client experience.
• Business proficiency in English is required.
• Experience in HR, global mobility, payroll, or workforce operations is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of business experience, particularly in customer-facing roles focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
