Senior HR Solutions Analyst

📋 Description

• Take ownership of HR Technology intake and case requests through effective triage, prioritization, analysis, and resolution.

• Convert business and operational requirements into scalable, compliant HR system, data, and process solutions for review by HR leadership.

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of issues, focusing on root causes and downstream effects when devising solutions.

• Act as a subject matter expert for designated HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, learning, compensation), including their configuration and maintenance.

• Create and validate both recurring and ad hoc reports to support HR metrics, compliance, and business insights.

• Assist in the development of dashboards and executive-ready materials by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and thorough documentation.

• Proactively oversee work and timelines, promptly escalating risks and suggesting mitigation strategies when delivery timelines are at risk.

• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting tasks.

• Conduct regular audits of HR data and support both internal and external audits through documentation, data extracts, and evidence collection.

• Establish standards, documentation, and guidance to enhance system usage, data quality, and the efficiency of end-to-end HR processes.

• Provide HR technology expertise to cross-functional and global HR initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations, systems, or analytics roles.

• Highly skilled in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Familiarity with standard HR systems such as HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance/Compensation Management.

• Proven experience in supporting and administering HR systems within a complex or multi-entity setting.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.

• A high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive HR information.

• Experience supporting global teams or working in a multinational environment is preferred.

• Knowledge of HR system governance, change management, and audit readiness.

• Experience in operating within a shared services or case-based support model is preferred.

• Familiarity with data visualization systems (PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred.
