• Take ownership of and oversee HR Technology intake and case requests through effective triage, prioritization, analysis, and resolution.
• Convert business and operational requirements into scalable, compliant HR system, data, and process solutions for HR leadership's consideration.
• Conduct comprehensive issue analysis, focusing on root causes and downstream effects when formulating solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for designated HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, learning, compensation), which includes configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Create and verify recurring and ad hoc reports to support HR metrics, compliance, and business insights.
• Assist in the preparation of dashboards and executive-ready materials by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and thorough documentation.
• Manage workflow and timelines proactively, raising risks early and proposing mitigation strategies when project delivery is at risk.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Regularly audit HR data and assist with internal and external audits through documentation, data extracts, and evidence gathering.
• Establish standards, documentation, and guidance to enhance system usage, data quality, and overall efficiency of HR processes.
• Provide HR technology expertise to cross-functional and global HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations, systems, or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with standard HR systems such as HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance/Compensation Management.
• Proven experience in supporting and administering HR systems in a complex or multi-entity environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
• A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism when managing sensitive HR information.
• Experience in supporting global teams or working within a multinational environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR system governance, change management, and audit readiness.
• Experience in a shared services or case-based support model is preferred.
• Experience with a data visualization system (PowerBI, Tableau) is preferred.
