This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Providing comprehensive support for payroll and the payroll team from start to finish in accordance with established standards and client specifications, including all related payroll tasks and transactions.
• Conducting, supporting, and managing a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when issues arise that lead to client escalations, ensuring that corrective measures are taken.
• Actively identifying opportunities for upselling and assisting with the Change Request process when deviations from the contractually agreed standard service scope are detected.
• Understanding both standard and client-specific payroll reports, including the statutory year-end reporting requirements as stipulated by the customer contract and service scope.
• Keeping up-to-date with legislative requirements, system updates, changes, and overall payroll procedures while managing the payroll legislation roadmap.
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and requests from both the team and clients, while assisting the Operations Manager with client engagement initiatives.
• Capable of recognizing and appropriately handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Skilled in resolving and supporting technical and functional issues escalated by other team members and clients.
• Assisting in the maintenance of the client solution workbook and providing functional support as required.
• Aiding and guiding project implementations and go-lives.
• Engaging in projects and activities as necessary and assigned.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in payroll administration within an HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate setting.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team while also being capable of working independently, adhering to established processes and procedures.
• Proficient in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Very good command of English and German (minimum B2 level).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
