• Manage and coordinate the comprehensive onboarding process for new team members.
• Supervise the offboarding procedures for employees who are leaving the organization.
• Keep, update, and audit employee records effectively.
• Ensure secure management and proper organization of all HR documentation.
• Stay informed about changes in labor laws and employment regulations.
• Prepare, analyze, and accurately submit HR reports.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to develop dashboards and enhance systems.
• Participate in HR initiatives and special projects.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR operations.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws (knowledge of at least one EU country is essential).
• Demonstrated experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR is highly preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proactive approach with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in supporting HR process improvement or change management initiatives is highly desirable.
