• Independently design, direct, and execute intricate HR transformation initiatives (e.g., process harmonization, organizational development, digitalization).
• Establish, enhance, and oversee central HR processes (Performance, Compensation, Talent, Learning).
• Collaborate closely with global locations and HR teams.
• Contribute to the development of contemporary people strategies, such as Leadership & Culture, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
• Several years of professional experience in strategic HR management, preferably within an international corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of contemporary HR processes, organizational development, and change management.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and multi-project environments.
• Business-fluent in German and English (C1/C2) – essential.
