📋 Description

• Provide professional support for HR-related tasks while closely collaborating with the Human Resources Manager and the VP of HR.

• Execute responsibilities related to the updating of HR policies and procedures, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance and assistance, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and diversity initiatives.

• Facilitate human resources programs by delivering HR services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, health benefits, and ensuring compliance.

• Prepare necessary documentation and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with various departments.

• Offer HR advisory services to employees concerning absence and health issues, grievance matters, and employee relations concerns.

• Manage documentation and generate reports associated with performance evaluations.

• Assist employees with effective problem-solving when HR-related issues arise.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Fluency in English, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in HRIS and ATS systems, with preference for Greenhouse and ADP Workforce Now.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
