Global Human Resources Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment processes and associated systems

• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries

• Evaluate engagement survey results and actively respond to trends

• Formulate and uphold HR policies for DMPS

• Oversee the third-party whistleblowing portal, ensuring confidentiality and integrity

• Design and implement the Learning & Development framework and systems (LMS, external platforms)

• Execute the remuneration policy and job grading (WTW Global Grading)

• Create and oversee the annual HR budget

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• 8+ years of experience as an HR generalist or manager, preferably in a global or multi-territory setting

• HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
