
Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions β EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee and address the complete cycle of employee departures across various international jurisdictions.
β’ Provide guidance to clients on matters related to termination, resignation, transfer, employment contracts, and redundancy procedures.
β’ Facilitate workforce reduction discussions, administrative hearings, separation and settlement negotiations, as well as termination meetings.
β’ Negotiate and influence results in intricate termination scenarios.
β’ Collaborate with payroll, legal advisors, government agencies, trade unions, and other relevant parties.
β’ Compose, customize, and manage termination and supplementary documentation.
β’ Execute offboarding processes in Remote's internal HRIS platform.
β’ Address internal and external offboarding inquiries as a subject matter expert.
β’ Assist clients in navigating Employee Relations resources, policies, and procedures.
β’ Perform initial evaluations of workplace issues and relevant local regulations.
β’ Manage the handling of employee relations concerns.
β’ Promote progressive disciplinary methods and proper documentation.
β’ Keep track of employee relations cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
β’ Participate in process enhancements, automation, product development, and initiatives aimed at improving customer and employee experiences.
β’ Report directly to the Manager of Employee Lifecycle, Employee Relations & Transitions.
β’ Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
β’ Generalist HR expertise with exposure throughout the employee lifecycle.
β’ Significant experience in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with empathy, sensitivity, and legal adherence.
β’ Experience in providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
β’ Capability to interpret and enforce industrial instruments.
β’ Skill in analyzing complex HR challenges, conducting research, and delivering practical solutions.
β’ Basic knowledge of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
β’ Exceptional communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Proficiency in written and spoken English at a business or advanced level.
β’ Strength in process innovation, optimization, automation, and adherence to best practices.
β’ High awareness of operational efficiency, record-keeping, and data integrity.
β’ Technologically adept and capable of adapting to changing systems and asynchronous collaboration tools.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote setting.
β’ Willingness to maintain flexible working hours as required.
