Senior HR IT Governance, Service Management & Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist with HR IT system audits, year-end audit activities, and associated compliance reviews.

• Document, coordinate, and monitor audit findings, measures, responsible parties, and deadlines.

• Create and follow up on remediation and enhancement plans that arise from audits.

• Ensure that HR IT services adhere to governance, risk, escalation, and approval protocols.

• Maintain high-quality documentation related to technical, audit, process, and compliance standards.

• Ensure that information in tools like LeanIX, COSEP, or similar platforms is accurate and current.

• Prepare knowledge and documentation for transfer to future internal or external teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience in HR IT governance, IT compliance, or IT audit support.

• Hands-on experience in supporting system audits and addressing audit findings.

• Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, compliance, and documentation standards.

• Experience with IT service management processes, preferably aligned with ITIL 4.

• Knowledge of data compliance, data protection, cybersecurity, and authorization concepts.

• Capability to convert audit or compliance requirements into practical actions.

• Excellent documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Experience with HR IT environments that feature multiple systems and individual solutions.

• Familiarity with GDPR, the EU AI Act, or similar regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in compliant data flows, analytics, and reporting solutions.

• Familiarity with service-level agreements and enhancing service maturity.

• Background in carve-outs, separations, transformation programs, or operating model transitions.
