Senior HR Generalist – US Recruitment, Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both field and corporate positions. Experience in the restaurant or retail sectors is highly advantageous.

• Manage onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with I-9 regulations and processing new hire paperwork.

• Maintain regular communication with Operations to synchronize staffing requirements and onboarding schedules.

• Keep precise records in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

• Assist with various HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and documentation.

• Help coordinate payroll and administer employee benefits.

• Leverage tools such as Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now for recruitment and HR activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, concentrating on recruitment and onboarding.

• Prior experience in the restaurant or retail sectors is strongly desired.

• Knowledge of Workstream, Paradox, and ADP Workforce Now is essential.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities, as this role requires phone interactions.

• Proficiency in Excel is preferred but not mandatory.

• Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and work autonomously.

• ***Languages:*** Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred for this position.

• ***Personal Device:*** A Windows-based computer is necessary for this role, as some tools and platforms used may not be fully compatible with macOS.

• Payments: All compensation for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate will not be involved in your payroll processing, and your salary will be paid directly to you.

You are expected to coordinate your schedule with the client’s operational needs and any specific preferences or policies they may have.
