Senior HR Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert outsourced HR and HR consulting services to a diverse range of clients across various industries.

• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations for clients.

• Prepare, process, and manage payroll in accordance with client payroll timelines.

• Ensure data accuracy in the HRIS/payroll system.

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment services, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks.

• Address HR-related inquiries from both internal and external sources via the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox.

• Foster relationships with clients and employees as a dependable HR resource through effective communication and timely execution of tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating functional knowledge across all HR disciplines, including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run.

• Prior experience in payroll preparation and processing.

• Strong working knowledge of all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Significant experience with Excel and other data analysis tools is preferred.

• Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred).

• Solid understanding of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both internal colleagues and external clients at all organizational levels.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously for various clients.

• HRCI / SHRM certification is preferred.
