πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Effectively oversee multiple client relationships and consulting projects.

β€’ Direct initiatives related to compensation, compliance, succession planning, talent management, performance management, HR operations, and policy formulation.

β€’ Provide guidance to clients on sensitive employee relations and workplace issues.

β€’ Create and deliver recommendations to executive and leadership teams.

β€’ Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and other client interactions.

β€’ Develop HR policies, programs, processes, tools, and resources.

β€’ Oversee project management, deadlines, deliverables, and shifts in client priorities.

β€’ Maintain exceptional responsiveness and diligent follow-up with clients.

β€’ Manage expectations regarding billable hours, project budgets, utilization targets, and ensure timely, precise time tracking.

β€’ Collaborate with colleagues and subject-matter experts to provide optimal solutions for clients.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

β€’ Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience across various HR disciplines.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of compensation, employment compliance, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, HR operations, and policy development.

β€’ Experience in advising leaders and addressing complex or sensitive HR situations.

β€’ Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities, with the skill to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

β€’ Strong business acumen and the capability to quickly establish credibility with clients and senior leaders.

β€’ Excellent organizational and project management skills.

β€’ Ability to juggle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Highly responsive, proactive, and client-centered approach.

β€’ Experience in a consulting, professional services, or similar client-service environment is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with billable hours, utilization expectations, project budgets, and time tracking is strongly preferred.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

β€’ Professional certification (HRCI or SHRM) is preferred.
