This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a reliable advisor to business leaders, offering insights on organizational structure, team effectiveness, and people strategy.
• Function as an extension of senior HR leadership, embodying the People function in significant discussions and propelling decisions forward.
• Manage daily HR support for designated teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and personnel outcomes.
• Foster accountability among leaders and teams, guaranteeing follow-through on crucial initiatives and decisions.
• Spearhead workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with leaders to pinpoint gaps, enhance team performance, and bolster overall organizational health.
• Assist in talent lifecycle processes, encompassing performance management, engagement, and compensation planning.
• Lead and facilitate change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment while minimizing business disruptions.
• Support leaders through significant changes and intricate organizational challenges, ensuring careful decision-making and effective execution.
• Address sensitive workforce issues with sound judgment and a balanced, pragmatic approach.
• Utilize data, tools, and available resources (including AI when suitable) to inform decisions, recognize trends, and assist leaders in tackling people and organizational challenges.
• Identify the most impactful areas of focus and prioritize effectively, balancing immediate needs with long-term outcomes.
• Convert insights into actionable strategies that yield measurable results.
• Extensive HRBP experience supporting business leaders in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities within limited frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
• Exceptional judgment and prioritization skills, with the capability to independently identify and concentrate on high-impact tasks.
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented, adept at navigating constraints and driving progress without relying on fully developed systems.
• Demonstrated ability to foster trust and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable transitioning between strategic thought and hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools and data to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in settings where systems, processes, and support structures are still under development.
