This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main HR partner for VP-level and senior leaders within the designated scope.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor by balancing business objectives, workforce requirements, organizational health, and employee experience factors.
β’ Influence and guide leaders through organizational changes, operational growth, and workforce transformation initiatives.
β’ Collaborate across functions to promote integrated workforce solutions.
β’ Offer strategic insights on organizational structure, team dynamics, role clarity, and talent planning to enhance team effectiveness and operational performance.
β’ Coach leaders through intricate people leadership challenges, including delivering high-impact feedback, navigating change, and planning for development.
β’ Reinforce leadership expectations while assisting leaders in cultivating strong, accountable, and high-performing team environments.
β’ Manage more complex employee relations issues, such as conduct concerns, policy implementation, and performance management escalations.
β’ Drive strategic workforce planning initiatives that align with organizational growth, patient access requirements, clinician capacity, and changing priorities.
β’ Deliver a value-driven HR strategy partnership by converting vision and strategies into actionable, value-added impact and implementation.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in HR, employee relations, leadership coaching, or business partnering positions.
β’ Proficient in resource planning, workforce analytics, development, and process improvement.
β’ Proven experience in independently managing complex employee relations issues and providing coaching to leaders.
β’ Strong aptitude for diagnosing team and leader needs and translating them into actionable steps.
β’ Ability to influence and establish trust with senior leadership.
β’ Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-site clinical or matrix environments.
β’ Familiar with federal and state employment laws and practices with the capability to apply this knowledge to guide leaders and reduce organizational and compliance risks.
β’ Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, workforce analytics, workforce development, and process improvement.
