This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate with teams from Partner Resources and cross-functional partners to enhance US priorities and achieve business outcomes.
β’ Provide PRO partnership across the US Coffeehouse PRO leadership team, ensuring a customer-focused perspective in every interaction.
β’ Equip Partner Resources teams with insights to address challenges and make informed decisions by synthesizing and sharing data, analysis, and insights.
β’ Align team priorities by integrating PRO tools and plans to provide straightforward, effective solutions.
β’ Embody Starbucks Mission & Values while creating opportunities for partners to succeed collectively as one team.
β’ Experience as a human resources generalist or specialist with a desire for advancement.
β’ At least two years of experience partnering with or supporting a department or team.
β’ Proficiency in Excel.
β’ Minimum of one year consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and propose solutions.
β’ Understanding of the principles and practices of human resources management.
β’ Familiarity with local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations.
β’ Capability to apply consultative skills within a business setting.
β’ Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
β’ Skill in prioritizing multiple demands effectively according to business requirements.
β’ Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
