Senior HR Business Partner Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with teams from Partner Resources and cross-functional partners to enhance US priorities and achieve business outcomes.

• Provide PRO partnership across the US Coffeehouse PRO leadership team, ensuring a customer-focused perspective in every interaction.

• Equip Partner Resources teams with insights to address challenges and make informed decisions by synthesizing and sharing data, analysis, and insights.

• Align team priorities by integrating PRO tools and plans to provide straightforward, effective solutions.

• Embody Starbucks Mission & Values while creating opportunities for partners to succeed collectively as one team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a human resources generalist or specialist with a desire for advancement.

• At least two years of experience partnering with or supporting a department or team.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Minimum of one year consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and propose solutions.

• Understanding of the principles and practices of human resources management.

• Familiarity with local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations.

• Capability to apply consultative skills within a business setting.

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

• Skill in prioritizing multiple demands effectively according to business requirements.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Adaptability and capability to act as an optimistic change agent.

• Proven track record of quickly establishing effective working relationships.
