This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with essential employee life cycle processes, including the onboarding of new professionals, management of professionals' data, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding of professionals.
• Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments to employment contracts, HR policies, benefits enrollment forms, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
• Organize and maintain employee records using our proprietary Platform: input, update, and manage customer and professional personal information, process various forms related to HR activities like new hires, status changes, benefits, terminations, etc.
• Administer benefits on behalf of customers and professionals, collaborating with brokers and insurers for professionals’ benefits enrollments.
• Provide payroll data, including time and expense details, to assist with payroll administration, working closely with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
• Conduct audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payments for professionals.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of HR processes and help maintain updated standard operating procedures and policies.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with professionals and customers to address and resolve queries and concerns (via email and other communication methods).
• Ensure service excellence by adhering to and committing to established SLAs and SOPs.
• Liaise with GP partners and vendors, including insurance providers, local service providers, local payroll providers, and pension providers, ensuring strong collaboration and seamless coordination with internal teams in GP.
• Act as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• 2-5 years of HR operations experience (experience in Shared Services Center is desirable).
• In-depth knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
• Basic understanding of labor legislation in the APAC and UAE regions is an added advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in various settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess a proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset, capable of quickly mastering and implementing new AI features and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated AI literacy with the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities focused on effectively identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience in stakeholder management, fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in an international team consisting of members from diverse locations and cultural backgrounds.
