This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Assist with essential employee life cycle processes, including the onboarding of new professionals, management of professional data, absence management, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding of professionals.
β’ Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, amendments to contracts, HR policies, benefits enrollment documents, payroll enrollment forms, country-specific onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications.
β’ Organize and maintain employee records using our proprietary platform: input, update, and preserve customer and professional personal data, and manage various forms related to HR activities, including new hires, status changes, benefits, and terminations.
β’ Administer benefits for customers and professionals, collaborating with brokers and insurers for professionalsβ benefits enrollments.
β’ Provide payroll data, including time and expense information, to facilitate payroll administration, closely coordinating with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.
β’ Conduct audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payments for professionals.
β’ Engage in the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and assist in keeping standard operating procedures and policies current.
β’ Effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with professionals and customers to address and resolve queries and concerns through various communication channels.
β’ Ensure service excellence by adhering to and committing to established SLAs and SOPs.
β’ Liaise with GP partners and vendors, including insurance providers, local service providers, local payroll providers, and pension providers, ensuring strong collaboration and seamless coordination with internal GP teams.
β’ Serve as the first point of contact for professionals and customers during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in HR operations (experience in Shared Services is desirable).
β’ In-depth knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
β’ Experience working within a Shared Services environment.
β’ Basic understanding of labor legislation throughout the APAC and UAE regions is an added advantage.
β’ Exceptional customer service skills.
β’ Proficient in both written and spoken English, able to communicate clearly and effectively across various settings.
β’ Competent in MS Office applications.
β’ Possess a proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset; capable of quickly mastering and utilizing new AI features and platforms in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in AI literacy, with the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to enhance efficiency and the quality of outputs.
β’ Resourceful problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving issues effectively.
β’ Experience in stakeholder management, including fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
β’ Ability to collaborate within an international team comprising members from various locations and diverse cultural backgrounds.
