This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address inquiries from associates concerning HR-related issues.
• Offer assistance for tools that enable associate self-service.
• Resolve associate inquiries promptly.
• Handle communications through various channels, including case management, system notifications, phone calls, and chat services, serving as the initial contact for HR questions.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR inquiries and requests that cannot be resolved through direct access.
• Provide answers to a wide range of questions related to benefits, onboarding, employment, compensation, training, policies, and procedures.
• Address associate inquiries or issues by utilizing standard administrative procedures and established practices.
• Suggest actions on requests arising from unique circumstances.
• Forward non-routine matters or specialized requests to the appropriate escalation points.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English skills are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
