
Senior Healthcare Technical Consulting Associate – Epic

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare, technical, and project management consultants to ensure the effective integration, data migration, and performance of Epic systems.
• Utilize technical knowledge in Epic modules to provide support aimed at optimizing system functionality in workflow and technology, ultimately enhancing hospital operations and financial results.
• Offer guidance and recommendations regarding Epic applications, contributing suggestions and engaging in discussions on operational and technology enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements to boost efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Current Epic certification is required.
• At least 3 years of experience with Epic, focusing on revenue cycle or patient access workflows.
• Familiarity with financial clearance, referrals, or other revenue cycle areas.
• Strong knowledge of operational workflows within hospitals or healthcare systems.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and convert business needs into Epic solutions.
• Experience in project management related to Epic implementations.
• Willingness and capability to travel as needed.
• Must possess current permanent U.S. work authorization.
