This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Aim to enhance the growth of 'sold' providers along with increasing patient demand and initiations within the assigned territory.
• Manage the complete sales process—leveraging provided lead lists to aggressively source, consult, and finalize agreements with providers.
• Accountable for all in-person sales activities and relationship management for accounts located within a 2-hour radius of major metropolitan areas.
• Implement remote selling strategies for designated accounts outside the immediate geographical area.
• Cultivate professional relationships with healthcare providers and practice staff.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve service offerings and meet provider requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years experience meeting sales quotas in outbound sales or business development (healthcare experience preferred) with a proven record of achieving targets.
• At least 2 years of experience in independently sourcing a significant portion of a sales pipeline through outbound methods, including cold calling.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle deals independently, effectively addressing complex objections with determination, and maintaining a strong closing discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in engaging both providers and practice personnel.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and deals using a CRM system (Salesforce preferred).
• Must currently reside in the designated target market (no relocation assistance available) and have reliable transportation to facilitate up to 50% local travel within a 2-hour radius.
