Senior Healthcare Data Analyst – Medicaid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide insights that empower our clients to transform data into actionable strategies as a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst.

• Offer innovative solutions to our clients’ significant data challenges and support their mission.

• Aid the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in their goal to identify and mitigate fraud, waste, or abuse within the Medicaid program through advanced analytics and data visualization techniques.

• Conduct data analysis, interpretation, and reporting tasks.

• Establish rules and methodologies for effective data collection and analysis.

• Research vulnerabilities and high-risk areas within the Medicaid program by integrating policy understanding with detailed claims analysis.

• Communicate analytic findings through written, verbal, and visualization methods to present complex studies and recommended actions in an accessible manner.

• Apply analytic expertise to efficiently analyze large datasets, revealing patterns and trends relevant to program oversight and action.

• Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to devise solutions for intricate challenges.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 5+ years of T-MSIS experience in performing advanced analysis of Medicaid data.

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable analytic, reporting, and dashboard/visualization tools.
